Through our educational events, networking, and informal mentoring we ensure there are opportunities for our members to hear from and meet a wide variety of women from across the profession to guide them as they navigate their careers.

We as an organisation promote our members achievements on our website and quarterly newsletter. We also put our members forward for honours.

Whether you are at the beginning of your legal career or coming to the end we have networking opportunities for you. Through a mix of social and professional networking we provide a chance for our members to meet with women across the profession at all levels.
Promote and support women's interests in legal profession
As an organisation we are focused on promoting and supporting women's interests in the legal profession. To do this we ensure that we are aware of the issues that impact women in our profession.
We respond to SRA consultations and current affairs raised in legal magazines on behalf of our members to ensure that their interests are represented.
